	November 19, 2021: If you DO NOT agree with the number of Workweeks indicated in the “HOW MUCH IS MY SHARE OF THE SETTLEMENT?” section of the Notice you received, but you DO wish to participate in the Settlement, you must submit a “Notice of Dispute” to the Claims Administrator so that it is postmarked by this date. December 20, 2021: If you want to be excluded from the settlement, you must mail your Opt Out Request to the Claims Administrator so that it is postmarked by this date. December 20, 2021: If you are a member of the class and you do not believe that the proposed settlement is fair, adequate, and reasonable, you must mail your written objection to the Court so that it is postmarked by this date. January 28, 2022: A hearing concerning the fairness of the Settlement will be held before the Hon. Joseph C. Spero, on January 28, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. to determine whether the case should be settled under the Settlement’s terms. Class Members may attend the hearing via Zoom.
